Elephant dill, a vase is full of the leafy herb.

Common Name: Elephant Dill

Scientific Name: Anethum graveolens

Description: A very aromatic, late-flowering variety that has nice green color and is productive.

Ideal Temp: 55-75 Degrees F

Seed Depth: 1/8-1/4 inch

Plant Spacing: 2-4" apart

Frost Hardy: Yes

Min Full Sun: 8-12 hours

Planting Instructions: Prefers well drained, poor soil for best flavor. Harvest leaves as needed, or cut entire plant when seeds have formed at the tops of the 3-4 foot tall plants. Often reseeds itself.
