Description: 60 to 80 days. This fantastic soft flint corn is from Montana breeder Ed Schultz. Three to five-foot-tall stalks produce 1 to 2 ten-inch ears with 8 rows of kernals ranging from sunburst to pumpkin to russet orange.

Common Name: Japanese Black Sticky Corn

Scientific Name: Zea mays

Description: An inky black, sweet, waxy-textured corn used for mochi or eaten fresh as a sweet treat. Can be harvested immature, when kernels start to turn to light purple. Vigorous stalks up to 6.5 ft. average one to two ears of 7-9 inches.

Montana Cudu corn

Common Name: Montana Cudu Corn

Scientific Name: Zea mays

Description: A beautiful spotted variety that is descended from a historic Native American variety. This variety has long slender ears and beautiful blue-spotted kernels. It was bred with true cudu corn and a small percentage of Papa's White Corn.
