You can limit search results to specific domains with the following formula:
(search term[s]) site:.gov (.edu, .org, .net, .com, etc.)
Example: test anxiety site:.edu
Will limit your search to websites with the domain .edu, which denotes an educational institution.

To search for individual words:
Example: test anxiety will search for the word test and the word anxiety individually
To search for a phrase, put your phrase in quotations:
Example: "test anxiety" will search for the phrase test anxiety and not search for test by itself or anxiety by itself
