Access to Settings

To access settings you would need to click on the settings button that is circled in red in the picture below.

After clicking the settings button a quick settings menu pops up. \

Depending on what you want to change you can either change the setting from the quick menu or see all settings. 

Settings that can be changed from quick settings:

  • Density
  • Theme
  • Layout of the inbox
  • Reading pane

Clicking on see all settings allows you to access more of the settings that you could change.

Below is a picture that you should see once you click on see all settings.

How to Set Your Signature

The first step is to go to the settings by clicking see all settings button after bringing up the quick settings menu.

Under the general tab you are going to scroll until you see the signature setting.

Once you create your name, in the box with the red star in the picture is where you are going to create your signature.

After you create your signature make sure the name of your signature is set for new email use and on reply/forward.

Once you are all done scroll to the bottom of the page and click on save changes.
